DuBois, Pa.- The Mount Aloysius College Office of Graduate and Continuing Education will host an Open House for area residents interested in becoming a Radiologic Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. The Open House will take place in the Central Resource Center Building Assembly Room, next to the DuBois Regional Medical Center.
Ms. Roxane Hogue, director of graduate and continuing education admissions at Mount Aloysius explains that the Open House is an ideal opportunity for area residents thinking about a medical imaging/radiography career, or opportunities as a medical/laboratory technician to attend the event and learn more. “Our partners at DuBois Medical Center offer a great clinical environment for hands-on learning in the expanding fields of medical imaging, radiography and medical laboratory technician. Anyone who wants to learn more about these great careers should attend.”
Ms. Hogue explained that participants will be able to speak directly with faculty and get questions about financial aid answered.
The partnership between Mount Aloysius College and Dubois Regional Medical Center allows students to earn Associate Degrees in Medical Imaging/Radiography or Medical Laboratory Technician. Classes are convenient to home, located right in Dubois Regional Medical Center.
