Mount Aloysius College has developed the following goals for the program:

1. Students will maintain a rigorous schedule in an effort to improve and enhance academic abilities.
2. Students will participate in aggressive reading and writing classes in order to enhance academic success once enrolling into official college level classes.
3. Students will engage in reading that enhances ability to critically think and build comprehension capabilities.
4. Students will participate in developmental math classes to build and enhance mathematical ability.
5. Students will build upon current computer and technology knowledge in order to be successfully utlize the technology on campus.
6. Students will strive to make connects with the fellow students and members of the institution.
