Capiak improved his record on the hill to 6-1 with a nine-inning complete game effort. He allowed six hits and two runs while walking one and striking out six.
The Mount broke open a 1-0 ballgame with three runs in the visiting third. Luke Szymanski drove in one with a single, and Cory Dick brought home two more with a single to right field.

After adding a run in the eighth, Capiak closed it out by allowing just one hit in the final two innings.
