Game Notes:	Buffalo, NY--The AMCC's defending champions escaped with a 57-56 victory over the Mounties. The Medaille win comes on the heels of an impressive road victory over the nation's 9th ranked team, John Carroll University, just days prior. The Mounties had a chance to take the lead the in the game's final minute, but a Richard McNutt mishandle resulted in a jump ball, giving possession back to the Mavericks. Medaille's Ron Maliki hit a pair of free throws with 4 seconds on the clock to give the Maverick's a one-point win. Freshman Armond Perez paced the Mounties with a game-high 22 points.
