Mounties Fall to the Chargers 02/16/2009
 
The Mounties could not hold on to the lead and drop a close one to Lancaster Bible College, 92-90.

The lead was traded between both teams in the first half, but Mount Aloysius carried most of the momentum into half time tied at 42.

The Blue and Grey started the second half slowly giving the Chargers a 9 point lead at the 16:55 mark, 55-46.

The Mounties would answer quickly with a Ben Murray 3 pointer as Mount Aloysius regained the lead with 14:59 remaining in the game, 57-55.

Mount Aloysius was up by 14 points with 8 minutes remaining, but Lancaster Bible College would answer.

Kevin Keltner connected on his jumper with 7 seconds remaining to give the Chargers the lead and the win, 92-90.

Dan Conway racked up a double-double with 25 points and 10 boards for the Blue and Grey.

Ben Murray chipped in 19 points and went 3 for 4 from behind the arc for Mount Aloysius.

Joe Stephenson led the Mounties with from the 3 point line connecting on 4 shots.

Lancaster Bible College was led by Kevin Keltner with 27 points.

Mount Aloysius will see their next action on Wednesday February 18, when they travel to Frostburg State University.

Tipoff is scheduled for 8 pm.
