Mount Aloysius senior Conner Walsh was named the AMCC's Runner of the Week for the first time in his careeer.

Walsh won the Mount Aloysius College Invitational, helping his team to a victory over La Roche and Pitt Greensburg. He ran 19:09 on the 5K course, 30 seconds faster than last year. It is the first time in his four-year career that he has finished as the event's top performer.

Walsh is a native of North Plainfield, NY and a graduate of St. Peter's Prep.
