| Game Notes: | Cresson, PA - The Mount Aloysius softball team captured both games in a non-conference doubleheader with Waynesburg on Thursday afternoon, as the Mounties won by the scores of 5-0 and 6-2. In game one, the Mount built its 5-0 lead in their first four at-bats. The highlights were an RBI triple in the third inning from Jalisa Westover and an RBI double by Taylor Mansfield in the fourth inning. Kelsey Ickes, Mansfield and Shelby Kline combined for the shutout. Collectively, they allowed only six hits in the game. |

| Game Notes(DH): | The dominant pitching continued in game two as Kline went the distance while allowing five hits and one earned run. Six different Mounties recorded an RBI in game two. The home team scored three runs in its first at-bat to take a 3-0 lead. Up 3-2, they expanded with another three-run inning in the fourth that was capped by Lindsy Sammarco's RBI single. The Mount is back in action on Sunday with an away trip to conference foe Hilbert. |
