Mission Statement

MOUNT ALOYSIUS SOCCER MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Mountie Soccer is to provide support and community for our student-athletes throughout their academic journey at Mount Aloysius College.  We believe the game is a teacher that can challenge and better prepare young adults to be thoughtful and productive citizens in society.  We will compete in earnest to represent the school on the field.  Players will develop technically and tactically under the program, but we are not about “winning at all costs.”  Rather, we measure success, first and foremost, in the classroom.  We ultimately understand that we “win” with growth of character and development of personal values away from the athletic arena.
