Withdrawal from the Residence Halls

Prior to withdrawal from campus residency, a student must first meet with the Director of Residence Life. The student must then complete a room condition form with their RA to assess for damages. Unauthorized withdrawals will result in an automatic forfeiture of the entire damage deposit. The access card, room key and mailbox key must also be returned to the Residence Life Office. Failure to follow these procedures will result in the student being charged room and board fees until the official withdrawal from the institution is complete.
