Frank has been involved with higher education administration for approximately 16 years and he has been affiliated with Mount Aloysius College since 1991. He is a proud graduate of Mount Aloysius College. He holds undergraduate degrees in liberal arts, political science/pre-law and comprehensive social sciences. Frank holds an advanced degree (masters) in educational leadership with a focus in higher education. He is a member of the President's Senior Administration and serves as the Chief Enrollment Officer of Mount Aloysius College. Frank is responsible for the cultivation, development, implementation, enhancement and management of all admissions, financial aid, recruitment and enrollment programs that support the College's Strategic Plan as well as the Operational Plan. The Offices of Freshmen Admissions, Transfer and Adult Admissions, Graduate and Continuing Education, Dual Enrollment and Financial Aid compose the Enrollment Management Division. Michelle has been a member of the Mount Aloysius College community since 2009. She is very excited about the College and encourages all students and families to visit the mountaintop campus. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Leadership Studies and a Master's degree in College Student Affairs. Caitlin is also a proud Mount Aloysius College graduate. While she was a student at MAC, she was a dual major and was one of the editors for the school newspaper. She was also a Mercy Presidential Scholar and a student in the Honors Program. She works with the freshman whose last names begin with I-O. A member of the enrollment management/admissions team since 2006, Rick is a proud graduate of Mount Aloysius College. He holds a bachelor degree from the College. Rick works with all transfer students, adult freshmen, readmit students, and students enrolling at the College under the GI-Bill/Yellow Ribbon Program with last names beginning with the letters A-K. Rick encourages all transfer students to visit in person and would be delighted to complete a tentative transfer evaluation for them. Rick also works with part-time and full-time students. Hannah is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology here at Mount Aloysuis. In addition to being the Coordinator for the Tele-Counseling Program, she is an Orientation Leader, Student Ambassador, and Admissions tour guide for the College. Michelle has been a member of the enrollment management/financial aid team since 1999. Michelle holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Michelle is responsible for administering both the Federal Perkins Loan and Nursing Student Loan programs. Michelle processes corrections and completes the final verification process of government selected aid applicants. Assistant Director of Financial Aid & Student Counseling
Tina began working in the Financial Aid Office in 2000 and holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Tina meets with prospective students and families who visit the college on all aspects of financial aid. Tina originates all Federal Stafford Loans and Parent PLUS Loans for students who are full time. Tina also counsels students on loan repayment and debt management. She encourages students to apply for financial aid as early as possible! Tina is here to assist all students to begin at the Starting Line and go beyond the Horizon!
Financial Aid Secretary
As Secretary, Susan serves as receptionist for the office and will be the first person you see as you enter. She assists with answering phones and emails and is responsible for assisting students and parents when they visit the office. Susan works as the office liaison between students and parents in requesting all missing and required paperwork that may be needed for a student's file. She also assists the director with various projects throughout the year. Susan hopes to see you on campus soon.
