Full-time faculty and staff at Mount Aloysius enjoy a competitive employee benefit package that includes applicable paid-time-off, group insurance plans, TIAA-CREF 403(b) retirement plan participation eligibility and employer matching contribution, internal tuition remission and/or external tuition exchange program eligibility, and free use of the on-campus exercise fitness areas. The College also participates in mandatory Federal and/or State programs such as social security, unemployment compensation, and worker's compensation insurance programs. Paid-time-off programs include for example, vacations, holidays, personal days, sick leave, jury duty pay, bereavement leave, and paid time off during the Holiday season. The full-time faculty enjoy paid-time-off in conjunction with the academic calendar. Insurance programs include medical, dental, vision, life, short-term and long-term disability programs. Employees do not pay any share of the premiums for life, short-term and long-term disability programs, however employees do share in the cost of the health insurance programs.
