The Mount Aloysius College August 2nd Admissions Evening Presentation will begin with an opportunity for perspective students to tour the campus beginning at 5:00 p.m. After campus tours, an admissions presentation starts at 6:00 p.m.in the College’s Wolf Kuhn Art Gallery.
Prospective students can meet Mount Aloysius staff and faculty, and learn about over 70 academic majors at Mount Aloysius. Admissions and Financial Aid counselors will be standing by to answer questions. Seniors who haven’t committed to a college are welcome! They should bring their high school transcripts and SAT scores for an expedited acceptance decision.
Frank Crouse, vice president of enrollment management urges students and parents to take advantage of the College’s open houses. “This is the best opportunity to get both a comprehensive look at Mount Aloysius College, and enjoy a personal tour of our beautiful campus,” he said. “Join us and see our facilities, meet faculty and students and get questions answered face-to-face. Students at Mount Aloysius pick from a variety of academic programs which statistically earn good jobs or a ready pathway to grad school. Strong programs in health sciences continue to attract area students to Mount Aloysius College. Mount Aloysius signed an early acceptance agreement with the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dental and Pharmacy school. Mount Aloysius College’s NCAA Division III athletic status and the developing campus continues attracting students looking for a “next level” college experience.
Mount Aloysius College was recently named one of 100 Best Value College’s in the US. They are also a College of Distinction, A Pennsylvania College of Distinction and three separate academic areas of Mount Aloysius—Business, Education and Nursing—have also earned College of Distinction status. Mount Aloysius was named one of four colleges deemed “an engine of opportunity” in a White House Report. Their Nursing Division is ranked sixth in Pennsylvania for NCLEX pass rates among nursing programs that test more than 85 students annually.
