



Strike A Pose! Yoga for Beginners (#1608)
Cost: $10 per class
All 5 classes in the series: $45
Classes will be held over a five-week period on the following Thursdays, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Mount Aloysius College:

Classes are designed for those with limited or no prior yoga experience.
What if you could learn to relax, increase your flexibility, experience better balance, and improve the overall state of your body and mind in just 90 minutes a day? Come to Yoga for Beginners and learn how!
Students will be guided through the poses at a level that is compatible with their ability. Each class will end with a brief relaxation.
About the instructor: Laura Michaels is a YogaFit® trained instructor who has practiced yoga since her pre-teens. In addition to teaching yoga, she also teaches Anatomy and Physiology and Human Biology courses at Mount Aloysius College.
Note: Students should wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. A limited number of yoga mats are available and students are asked to bring their own mat if they have one. However, a yoga mat is not required to participate!
