Healthcare utilization and costs including number of hospitalizations, length of stay, and ER visits were compared between the 6-month, pre-study and study periods as well as between groups. Access to care, quality of life, and patient and nurse satisfaction with health care delivery methods were also measured.  Additional data to assess impact on the nursing shortage was acquired comparing length of visit times of standard home care with tele-homecare.

Qualitative and quantitative data analysis results are being prepared for publication.
