The National League for Nursing (NLN) Innovative Project was a multi-site research study in which the Division of Nursing at MAC was invited to participate. The current nursing faculty shortage is placing limitations on enrollment into nursing programs. This serves to perpetuate the nursing shortage in existence today.  Nursing programs are seeking innovative strategies of education delivery to alleviate the problem.
