Hours: M-F 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Candidate must have at least two college-level computer courses-one covering MS Office and/or experience comparable to college-level computer courses. Responsibilities in computer lab 212 (A.H.) include assisting students in using Windows, the Internet, Mount Aloysius College Intranet and MS Office. Position title: MAC Event Support Team
The MAC Event Support Team is a pilot project to develop an ongoing student team to work with the Facilities department and Conference Coordinator in the set up and tear down required for events on campus. The month of April is an especially heavy time for special events around campus and additional assistance is necessary to ensure the campus community can hold all of their year end of year celebrations. The Event Support Team will: assist facility staff in setting up rooms for special events, including moving tables & chairs; assist facility staff in tear down of rooms and returning them to their original configuration following an event; work variable hours including evenings and weekends; assist facility staff in cleaning of rooms after special events to include wiping down tables, picking up trash and vacuuming carpeted areas.

Position title: Sign Language Lab Assistant/Tutor
Position is available to upper level (junior and senior) interpreting majors with B+ average or better in IT classes. Lab assistants/tutor will be available to assist students learning sign language. Must be able to run video/audio equipment, and tutor student in ASL and sign language.

Position title: Office Assistant
Office assistant will record packages for students when they come in, distribute incoming mail, process mail to go out, make copies for offices and faculty members, hand out office supplies, stock shelves, bind booklets, put manuals together for bookstore, assist at switchboard when needed, and cut paper for tablets.
