The Office of Career Development’s mission is to proactively assist students with career planning initiatives from matriculation to beyond graduation. The office will introduce current students and alumni to professional career resources, provide information on community and campus career events, and provide access to employer job postings.

Career Development can help companies of all sizes get connected with Mount Aloysius College students and alumni. Companies can:
- Share job and internship opportunities with Mount Aloysius College students
- Register with Mount Aloysius’s free online career system, Handshake, to share and manage opportunities
- Host information tables and set up interviews on campus
- Register for participation in our annual Career Expo – a job, internship and graduate school fair co-hosted with Saint Francis University and PA AHEC
