Amanda Minor, BS, CST has been a Certified Surgical Technologist(CST) since the year 2001. Amanda began her career as a CST on the open heart time at a level one trauma center. While working in the operating room, Amanda earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Since 2007, she has acted as the Program Chairperson for the Department of Surgical Technology at Mount Aloysius College. Amanda has been involved in the Association of Surgical Technologists at both the state and national level by serving on numerous committees that directly impact the role and education of Surgical Technologists nationwide.
