Jaimie Steel-Radovanic has served students for more than 20 years in various roles throughout higher education, including positions in student life, advancement, and as an adjunct faculty member. After living in various parts of Western Pennsylvania and Connecticut, Jaimie returned to her hometown of Johnstown during the pandemic and made a permanent move to the area in 2022 where she lives with her husband, two sons, and their rescue dogs Chance and Jimmy Buffet. She enjoys gardening, DIY home-improvement projects, various wellness classes, and several water sports.

A long-time servant leader, this quote from E.B. White has significance to Jaimie: “I arise in the morning torn between a desire to improve the world and a desire to enjoy the world. This makes it hard to plan the day.” Jaimie has been active volunteer in her church and for several national charitable organizations, and considers it a privilege to combine enjoying the world and improving the world in her daily work at Mount Aloysius.
