The office of the Registrar functions as an “academic services station” to all of Mount Aloysius’ constituents in a consistent, accessible, and friendly manner. The Registrar supports the instructional and student progress endeavors of the College by providing quality services to students, faculty, academic and administrative departments, and the public. Functions include transcript requests, the academic calendar, and application for graduation.
Registrar Services
Registrar services include course record management, classroom scheduling, academic record creation and maintenance, student registration, grade processing, transcript issuance, student enrollment and graduation certification, veteran’s benefits certification, degree audit, monitoring of academic and administrative policies, the dissemination of accurate, timely, and complete information.
While a great deal of information about Mount Aloysius College is in the College’s printed information, very often, factual questions and interpretation of policy are most effectively answered in person. Pre-Approved Transfer Credits
Mount Aloysius College offers a variety of online courses through the College Consortium, a cooperative arrangement between accredited colleges and universities that share online course offerings. The varying sessions within multiple terms reflect the College’s commitment to ensuring students have access to the courses they need to complete their degree. The consortium courses also provide students with the opportunity to get ahead in coursework or to repeat a course to improve their grade point average. A course completed through this arrangement will impact your grade-point average.
If you would like to take on of the pre-approved courses through the College Consortium partnership, click the link below and register with your student email address and use the green “Sign Up” button to view the courses. Select the term that the suits your needs and click the blue register now button. Please note that all registrations are still approved and verified by the Registrar’s Office at Mount Aloysius College on a student-by-student basis.
