Qualifications include the ability to type 40 wpm, a working knowledge of MS Word and Excel, the ability to use a calculator and photocopier and good organizational skills. Must also have knowledge of proper telephone etiquette and the ability to communicate with students and public. Duties include typing various documents including memos and lists, making photocopies, answering the telephone and transferring calls and/or taking messages. Will also assist in errands for the division as needed and may assist faculty and secretaries with filing, miscellaneous projects and picking up, sorting, and delivering the mail.
