Registrar's Office

Office Assistant duties include filing, answering phones, typing, maintaining office supplies, bulk mailings, shredding paper, general knowledge of computer, microfiche (to copy transcripts), assisting in mailing out transcripts and working with the Registrar and Assistant Registrar on certain projects when needed. As student becomes familiar with the office, he/she will work at the front desk to help students with basic questions.
