Office of Institutional Advancement

The Office Assistant performs various tasks for the Advancement Office that encompasses alumni donor and foundation relations.  Assistant should possess organization, communication and keyboarding skills.  Office duties may include, but not limited to: database entry, mailings, copying, filing, running errands, occasional research and proofreading. Assistant will help with preparation and execution of events such as dinners, ribbon cuttings, dedication ceremonies and some alumni events.  Dependability and confidentiality are required.
