Institutional Advancement

Institutional Advancement collaborates with all individuals and groups associated with Mount Aloysius College to promote the mission of the College. The office encompasses alumni relations, annual giving, capital campaigns, corporate relationships, cultivation and stewardship of gifts, foundations, planned giving, and special event fundraising.

The Office Assistant supports Institutional Advancement’s efforts by performing various tasks integral to the College’s success. Assistant must possess effective oral and written communication skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access). Dependability and confidentiality are essential. Assistant will conform to an established work schedule.

Office duties may include, but not limited to: database entry, mailings, photocopying, scanning, filing, running errands, proofreading, calling our constituents, research, and various tasks and other duties as needed. Assistant will help with preparation and execution of events such as alumni homecoming weekend, regional alumni events, dinners, ribbon cuttings, dedication ceremonies, and others as necessary.
