Tutor - Responsibilities will include meeting with parents to learn their concerns, as well as, the child to determine the problem in reading and/or math. Tutor will also be responsible to suggest an approach to the problem and meet with the child a minimum of one hour a week to work with the child. Tutor will practice the skills with the child and aid in book selections with the help of the librarian. Tutor will monitor the child's progress and teach basic computer skills. Candidate must be reliable and dedicated to making a difference in children's lives. Contact supervisor on Library hours and tutoring availability.
