Students who choose the in-person business administration degree get the benefits of working closely with skilled professors face-to-face in an environment designed to foster growth and learning. The online accelerated bachelor degree completion program allows qualifying students with an associate degree or 60 hours of college credits to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in 2 to 2 ½ years.

SAT Optional

Mount Aloysius College makes education easily accessible for all by being a Test Optional College. Students are not required to submit SAT/ACT scores for a majority of MAC academic programs. This option puts you one step closer to a quality college education!

Credit for Prior Learning

Mount Aloysius College is proud to provide credit for prior learning and work experience. If you have completed industry trainings, certificate programs, or have experience in the workforce, that knowledge and skill can translate to college credits, which can give you a head-start or help you finish your degree. This may include experience with business, accounting, technology, entrepreneurship, and more.

Transfer Credits

Your past education credits won’t go to waste at Mount Aloysius.  You can bring up to 40 credits into an Associate Degree program or 90 credits into a Baccalaureate Degree program.  All you need is an unofficial copy of your transcript and you can get a head start on your degree!

Finish Your Degree

It’s never too late to finish your degree and Mount Aloysius supports those who want to pick up their education where they left off. We accept past education credits so you can get back on track and complete your program.

Services

Mount Aloysius College welcomes all veterans and is proud to help them on their educational journey.  The Military Affairs Office is dedicated to serving veterans and their needs on campus.  MAC also offers these students several resources on campus, such as the Veteran Student Lounge located in the Cosgrave Student Center.

Mount Aloysius College offers a daycare program for all children of students, faculty and staff of the college. The MAC Learning Center, operated by the Cambria County Child Development Corp. (CCCDC), provides daytime childcare services for children ages 2 to 5.

The MAC bookstore has all the resources that a student could need!  From textbooks and school supplies to MAC merchandise, the bookstore has you covered.  With frequent sales and contests, this is an affordable place to purchase all of your college necessities.

All MAC students have access to the many resources offered on campus, including tutoring offered by the Learning Commons in the Library.  Find assistance for your coursework from either professional or peer tutors that works with your schedule.

The Office of Student Success & Persistence provides support to all students in an effort to help them achieve, both in academics and in their careers. MAC offers advisors who provide personal attention to students’ personal, educational, and career achievements.

Applications can be submitted either online or in-person.  However, if you visit campus, we’ll waive the $30 application fee!

Regardless of acceptance status, we encourage all students to visit and take a tour of our campus if they have not already done so. In order to get ready for scheduling, pay the deposit listed in your acceptance letter and file your FAFSA.

We understand that attending college can be difficult with a full schedule and we offer many online options for our classes so adult students can work in and out of the classroom.

In order to accommodate the schedules of all adult learners, Mount Aloysius offers courses at a variety of times, including day and night times, as well as many online classes.

Courses completed at regionally accredited institutions and are applicable to your major will transfer. We also transfer in credits from selected nationally accredited institutions and the military. Mount Aloysius College has specific articulation agreements with a number of colleges and universities.

Yes, all of the resources on campus are available to all students.  We offer a variety of resources that will help you succeed at Mount Aloysius including professional tutoring services, career development, and academic advising.
