Incoming Students Awarded Mount Aloysius Presidential Scholarship

Cresson, Pa. - Mount Aloysius College announced the names of students awarded the Mercy Presidential Scholarship. This is one of the College’s most competitive scholarships available to incoming freshmen, awarding students $56,000 over four years. The incoming Mounties are members of the 19th cohort of Mercy Presidential Scholars. Mount Aloysius College and Saint Francis University Partner for Dual Admissions Programs

Cresson, PA – Mount Aloysius College and Saint Francis University have announced dual admissions programs within their Education and Community Counseling programs. The agreement will offer new guaranteed admissions into each masters programs as well as tuition discounts. Mount Aloysius Health Science Grads Earn 100% Pass Rate

Mount Aloysius Announces New IT Department Chair

Cresson, Pa. — Mount Aloysius College is proud to announce that Kristi Smith has been hired as the Information Technology department chair. Smith will lead the college’s information technology and cybersecurity majors as well as oversee the college’s new, dedicated cybersecurity lab.   • When Brady Wright was growing up, he had “a really cool dentist.” . Brady, ‘16, followed the seed planted in him by his dentist to Mount Aloysius, and then to Lake Erie College of Medicine (LECOM), where he is studying to be a dentist. During his four years as a biology major at the Mount, Brady was also a Mercy Presidential Scholar and he played on the College’s baseball team. . Ultimately, he says, the Mount provided him with the solid educational foundation he needed to succeed at LECOM, and he is on-track to graduate with his degree in dental
