Mount Aloysius College will host a Creative Writing Summer Camp for 20-25 local high school students in the newly remodeled Student Success Center & Learning Commons. The collaborative and imaginative two-day writing experience will provide participants with the opportunity to engage in team building, script writing, and creative content exercises in a writer’s room model. Mount Communications and English faculty will plan and oversee all exercises. The collaborative process will culminate in lessons in acting and table reading prior to a large group table read.
