Cresson, Pa. – Mount Aloysius College will host an in-person Alumni & Homecoming Weekend this year. The College invites its alumni to join in on the celebration on October 9, 2021. Events include a recognition dinner, a carnival for Mounties old and new, soccer games, a paint and sip, and a sharing of a Comfortable Cup of Tea in the Mercy tradition.
“We’re excited to have our alumni back on campus,” said Luke Fragello, Director of Alumni Affairs for Mount Aloysius. “This weekend is always such a special time for our former Mounties to have some fun, connect with their classmates, and see all that has changed on top of the Mount. We have a packed schedule with something fun for all ages.”
Beginning at 11:00 am, the campus carnival will include caricatures, street sign art, snacks, and the ever-popular Stuff a Mountie. Current and former students are welcome to attend and join in on the fun.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the College will host their annual Golden Grads celebration in the summer of 2022. This event is a reception and reunion for the graduates of 1970 and 1971, who would be celebrating their 50th anniversary post-graduation this year or last year.
