Cresson, Pa. – Mount Aloysius College is hosting a wine pairing dinner event to raise necessary funds for student scholarships. The event, called “A Night in the Vineyard,” will feature a three-course dinner paired with wines of the Pacific Northwest. All proceeds will go towards scholarships for Mount Aloysius students.
The dinner and wine pairing will be held November 6 from 5:30 to 9:30 pm in the Bertschi Center on the Mount Aloysius College campus.
“Many of our students are first-generation college students and more than 98% of our students are offered financial aid,” said Dr. John Farkas, Vice President for Institutional Advancement at the Mount. “Benefit events like ‘A Night in the Vineyard’ help our students make the most of their time in college by letting them focus on studying and doing their best without worrying about the cost.”
Also included in the event will be a wine reception and silent auction. For more information about the wine pairing, visit mtaloy.edu/wine.
