Bradley Mikitko graduated from MAC with an Associates Degree in 2012 and a Bachelor’s Degree in 2014 for Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences focusing on Radiography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

He is now a full-time MRI technologist at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and College of Medicine and has held this position for four years. Brad’s daily duties include performing a variety of imaging exams on pediatric, adult, and geriatic patients. At the medical center, he is also a safety representative for the MRI Department, Safe Zone certified for LGBTQ affairs, and a representative for the Radiology Inspire Committee.

During his time at MAC, Brad utilized the advanced technology in the Medical Imaging Program to help him learn the skills necessary for his future. He also received a hands-on education through his time at clinical internships at local hospitals to test his knowledge in a medical environment. Brad credits his success to the quality of education, caring professors, and Mercy Values he experienced at MAC.

His dedication of service has continued since his days at MAC, and he still volunteers in his community! Bradley has organized meals at the local Ronald McDonald House in Hershey through the Radiology Inspire Committee. He also works with other organizations such as Children’s Miracle Network and Project Fellowship. Brad is a Democratic Committee-person in his area and plans to run for a local elected office in the future! He is still active in the MAC community by serving on the Alumni Executive Board as Vice President to plan alumni weekends, fundraisers, and student scholarships.
