The wife and children of the late “Barney Barnhart,” founder of NPC, Inc. (formerly News Printing Company), established this scholarship in 2004. NPC, Inc. is a major document solutions company in central Pennsylvania. As Mr. Barnhart was an adult learner himself, the scholarship is for the benefit of non-traditional students.

Criteria:
  • A resident of Blair County.
  • Financial need.
  • An adult learner (as defined by the College).
