Criteria:
1. Consideration given to graduates of Penn Cambria or Bishop Carroll High Schools
2. Students shall be actively engaged in community service in the Cresson area
3. Shall live the College’s core values of mercy, justice, service and hospitality
4. Scholarship can be renewed for subsequent years
