Cresson, Pa. – After a national search, Mount Aloysius College announced that Mr. Patrick Kellogg has been named Vice President for Advancement and Engagement. Kellogg’s responsibilities will include overseeing and guiding all development and alumni relations activities for the College.

“Patrick brings a deep understanding of philanthropy and the vital role it plays in securing the future of institutions like Mount Aloysius College,” said John McKeegan, President of Mount Aloysius College.

“With more than two decades of leadership experience in higher education and a proven record of success in fundraising, annual giving, and campaign development, Patrick will help us build the resources needed to advance our mission and expand opportunities for our students. Just as importantly, he will help tell the Mount Aloysius story in compelling ways that inspire alumni, friends, and supporters to invest in the College’s future. We are excited to welcome Patrick to the Mount community.”

Kellogg comes to Mount Aloysius from Trinity Washington University, where he has served as Vice President and Chief Development Officer since 2020. In addition to holding key positions at the University of Virginia, the College of William and Mary, and Vassar College, Kellogg also founded and led an advancement consulting practice, serving more than 100 nonprofit organizations.

“What drew me to Mount is its deep sense of mission, its commitment to student success, and the extraordinary impact it has on the lives of students and communities throughout the region,” Kellogg said. “I look forward to working with President McKeegan, the Board of Trustees, our alumni, faculty and staff, and the many friends of the College to build on that strong foundation. Together, we will strengthen relationships, expand philanthropic support, and share the Mount Aloysius story in ways that inspire people to invest in its future.”

Kellogg earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rider University, where he was selected for the Phi Alpha Theta National History Honorary Society, and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the College of William and Mary.
