Cresson, Pa. – Mount Aloysius College has provided Christmas cheer to local families in need for more than 20 years with their Angel Tree project. For 2021, the College is providing stockings full of toys to families who may not be able to afford presents for their children this Christmas, as well as a variety of in-need individuals.

This year, more than 30 Mountie students and employees donated items to stuff stockings for 120 children from local, low-income families. 50 stockings will be filled with items needed by unhoused individuals. 25 stockings will be donated to a local nursing home.

In addition to the stockings, Mount Aloysius College’s Campus Ministry will host their Saint Nicholas Market, where over $10,000 worth of toys and new clothing and shoes will be distributed to families in need. They will also be donating coupons for free haircuts and beauty products to 25 women recovering from addiction.
